摘要
合成一系列不同分子量的聚丙烯酸十二、十四、十六、十八酯 ,研究其结构对油品降凝的影响 ,发现 :(1)聚丙烯酸十二、十四酯对 4号油有较大的降凝作用 ,其中添加 5 0 0ppm [η]=7.43mL/ g的聚丙烯酸十四酯 ,可将 4号油的凝点从 - 11℃降到 - 36℃ ,添加 5 0 0 ppm [η]=19.91mL/g的聚丙烯酸十二酯 ,可将 4号油的凝点从 - 11℃降到- 33℃ ;聚丙烯酸十二、十四酯对 1、2、3号油的降凝作用不明显。 (2 )聚丙烯酸十六酯和聚丙烯酸十八酯对 1、2、3、4号油的降凝作用不明显。
Four poly n alkylacrylates with alkyl carbon number 12,14,16 and 18(PAA 12, 14, 16, 18) are synthesized in laboratory, their chemical structure is identified by IR spectrometry and their intrinsic viscosity[η] is measured. Three commercial diesel oils (#1-#3) and one lubricant oil (#4) are used in pour point ( PP) depressing experiments with 500 ppm PAA samples introduced and some abnormal phenomena are observed:(1)Notable PP depression appears only for oil #4( PP =-11℃) by PAA 12 of [η] 25℃ THF 14.05—29.66 mL/g( ΔPP =20—22℃) and by PAA 14 of [η] 25℃ THF 7.43—19.83 mL/g( ΔPP =20—25℃);(2)All samples PAA 12 and PAA 14 can not depress PP of oil #1( PP =-2℃),#2(-8℃) and #3(7℃);(3)No or very little(4℃ maximally) depression in PP is observed by samples PAA 16 of [η] 25℃ THF 8.02—15.76 mL/g and PAA 18 of [η] 30℃ C 6H 6 7.93 —23.20 mL/g for all the four oils;(4) The magnitude of PP depression is not corelated with [η] value of PAA samples besides of one case (PAA 14 of [η] 7.43 mL/g and oil #4).
