食管结核35例临床特征分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析食管结核的临床特征和诊治经验,提高对该病的认识和治疗效果。方法回顾分析2008至2012年中国期刊文献关于食管结核的病例报道和治疗方案,并进行总结分析。结果虽然诊治的准确性和疗效性都有了较大提高,但误诊率依然还占着很大比例。结论食管结核的确诊方法还有待进一步研究,而治疗方法应该向着药物治疗为主,手术治疗为辅的方向发展。
