摘要
在相对低温、多雨和日照不足的年份,以8年生盛果红富士苹果树为试材,用5mmol/L的两种不同亚硫酸氢盐溶液喷施同一棵"红富士"植株叶面后,发现叶片中光合色素的含量均升高,且升高的幅度以及随时间的变化规律无显著差异,并且Chla/Chlb、Car/Chl和Chla/Chl的值都是先升高而后又降低.这显示"红富士"叶片光合色素含量的变化主要是通过两种亚硫酸氢盐相同的阴离子而起作用的,进一步证明HSO3-清除细胞内氧化性活性物质的机理的正确性,同时表明"红富士"果树能主动调节光合色素的含量来适应逆境.
Relatively low temperature,raininess,poor sunshine ,8-year-old trees were used as the material in this experiment.After using the two kinds of bisulfite solution with 5mmol/L spraying the same foliage of plant of Fuji Apple ,the photosynthetic pigment content of leaves would rise up,the increasing range and its range with time was very irregu-lar.and the Chla/Chlb,Car/Chl and Chla/Chl content in the blade increased at first and then reduced .The results showed that the variation of photosynthetic pigment content of Fuji Apple blade is mainly influenced through the same anion of two kinds of bisulfite ,and further proved that the correctness of the mechanism of HSO3-clear cells oxidizing active ma-terial,it also indicated that Fuji Apple trees could actively adjust photosynthetic pigment content to adopt to the adversi-ty.
