摘要 高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)系禾本科羊茅属多年生冷季型草,具有耐热性强、耐践踏能力强、成坪后常绿、适应土壤范围广等诸多优点,近年来在我国广泛种植。本文就近30年来高羊茅遗传转化、基因工程及逆境生理等方面的研究进行了全面总结和综述,分析了目前高羊茅抗逆基因工程研究中存在的问题,并对其研究的发展趋势进行了展望。 Tall rescue is a cool-season perennial grass belonging to the family Gramineae, Genus Festuca. Tall rescue is shade and heat tolerant, wear resistance, stays green all year when properly maintained and adaptd to a wide range of soil types which have been widely grown in China recently. In this paper, research progress on tall rescue including genetic transformation and engineer and stress physiology was reviewed. The existing problems and key areas for further study were suggested.
