牙科综合治疗台吸唾管道两种清洁消毒方法对空气质量的影响 被引量:5

Influence two cleaning and disinfection methods for salivary suction pipes of comprehensive dental unit on air quality

摘要 目的探讨用于牙种植手术的口腔综合治疗台吸唾管道清洁消毒方法。方法采用前瞻性队列研究的方法,将吸唾管道的清洁消毒方法分为试验组和对照组,以手术间空气菌落数作为主要观察指标,两组分别监测3个月,每周1次,共12次,比较两组检测数据。结果试验组空气培养细菌数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对光检查螺纹塑料软管,对照组管道壁存留大量污物,试验组管道壁光滑,清洁无污物;对照组牙科综合治疗台吸唾管道每天第1次开启可闻到明显的臭味,试验组未闻及异味。结论试验组吸唾管道清洁消毒方法能有效清除吸唾管腔内污物、有机物和微生物,降低吸唾管道气溶胶对手术室空气的污染,试验组的方法明显优于对照组,此操作方法简单易行,值得推广。 OBJECTIVE To explore the cleaning and disinfection methods for the salivary suction pipes of compre- hensive dental units used for dental implants surgery. METHODS By prospective cohort study, the two methods for sterilization and clearance were divided into the experimental and the control groups with the number of air bacteria in the operation rooms as main outcome measures. The two groups were monitored once a week in 3 months, 12 times in total, and the test data were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The air bacteria content of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.01) ; with the inspection of plastic hose thread through the light, the pipe wall in control group left a lot of dirt, while the pipe wall in experimental group was smooth and clean with no dirt. In addition, the salivary suction pipe in comprehensive oral therapy units in control group was open firstly every day with the odor smell, while the ex- perimental group was not. CONCLUSION The cleaning and disinfection measures for the salivary suction pipelines of the experimental group can effectively remove dirt, organic matter and microorganisms in suction salivary duct cavity and reduce the air pollution due to the suction salivary pipeline aerosol; the methods of the experimental group are obviously superior to those of the control group, with the operation simple and feasible, and they are worthy to be promoted.
