摘要
扩散器是工业通风装置的重要组成部件,合理设计其结构参数可以回收风机出口动压损失,提高通风系统的运行效率。以中小型矿井普遍使用的4-72离心通风机为研究对象,采用数值模拟分析方法对该风机内部流动特性进行了计算分析。在此基础上,详细对比分析了不同工况条件下平面扩散器和锥形扩散器的扩散性能,得出了2种扩散器的适用场合和参数选择的基本原则。
Diffuser is an important component part for industrial ventilation device; the rational design of its structural parameters can reduce the fan outlet dynamic pressure loss, and improve the operating efficiency of the ventilation system. Taking 4 - 72 type centrifu- gal fan which is widely used in small mine as research object, its internal flow characteristics is studied by numerical simulation analy- sis method. On this basis, the detailed comparison analysis of the diffusion properties of two type straight - wall diffusers under differ- ent working conditions is made. Applicable conditions of two type straight - wall diffusers and the basic principles of the structural pa- raraeters selection are put forward.
