摘要
经济增长质量问题正在引起广泛关注。学者对经济增长质量的定义含混,狭义的定义将经济增长质量等同于经济效率或效益;广义的定义将社会、政治、宗教、教育机会、自然环境等都直接纳入经济增长质量的内涵之中,则显得过于宽泛。经济增长质量是相对于经济增长数量而言的,是指一个国家或地区在一定时期内新增加的经济活动及其成果的质量。对经济增长质量的考察可以从投入要素的质量、经济活动过程的质量、经济成果的质量和环境质量四个方面进行。
The issue of the quality of economic growth has attracted wide attention.Scholars have put forward many different and ambiguous definitions of the quality of economic growth.Definition in its narrow sense equals it to economic efficiency,while that in its broad sense incorporates society,politics,religion,educational opportunity,natural environment,etc.,which is too wide.In contrast to the quantity of economic growth,the quality of economic growth refers to the quality of new economic activities and outcome of such activities within a given period of time.Examination of quality of economic growth may focus on the quality of four aspects,namely,the input,process of economic activity,outcome and environment.
