摘要
目的:比较血清标本在2~8℃放置72h前后的PCT检测结果,探讨PCT检测标本是否可以血清形式保存于冰箱而不影响检测效果。方法:应用罗氏2010电化学发光免疫分析仪,测定15例血清标本在2~8℃放置72h前后的PCT浓度,两组结果的比较采用2组间比较,采用重复测量资料的方差分析。结果:重复测量资料的方差分析显示,F=3.622,P=0.078(P〉0.05),两组数据差别无统计学意义。结论:PCT检测标本可以血清形式保存于冰箱72h而不影响检测结果。
Objective: To compare the Procalcitonin(PCT) concentration in serum before and after preserved at 2-8℃ for 72 h, to investigate if the serum could be preserved at low temperature for PCT testing. Methods: PCT concentration in the serum before and after preserved at low temperature(2-8℃ ) were detected by Elecsys 2010 immunoanalyzer, and the differences were estimated using Repeated measures analysis of variances. Results: The results of repeated measures analysis revealed that there is no statistics significance in the difference between the two groups(F = 3. 622, P = 0.078). Conclusion: The serum could be preserved at 2 - 8℃ for 72 h for PCT testing.
