摘要
目的观察奥沙利铂联合替吉奥(SOX方案)治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 58例进展期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各29例。观察组化疗采用SOX方案;对照组化疗采用FOLFOX4方案(奥沙利铂+氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙),每个化疗周期记录2组患者的不良反应,2个周期后评价疗效。结果观察组有效率为41.38%,疾病控制率为75.86%,对照组有效率为34.48%,疾病控制率为68.96%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组白细胞下降及恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余不良反应,如红细胞下降、血小板下降、腹泻、外周神经症状、手足综合征、肝功能异常等相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2种方案治疗进展期胃癌均具有较好的近期疗效,但SOX方案的不良反应较轻,耐受性较好,利于提高患者化疗的依从性,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions of chemotherapy of oxaliplatine combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium（SOX regimen）in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 58 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 cases in each group.Observation group chemotherapy using SOX regimen;chemotherapy control group using the FOLFOX4 regimen（oxaliplatin＋fluorouracil＋leucovorin）,each chemotherapy cycle recording two groups of patients with adverse reactions were evaluated after two cycles.Results In observation group effective rate was 41.38%,disease control rate was 75.86%,in control group the effective rate was 34.48%,disease control rate was 68.96%,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;observation group leukopenia and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The remaining adverse reactions,such as red blood cells fall,thromhocytopenia,diarrhea,peripheral neurologic symptoms,hand-foot syndrome,abnormal liver function is similar to the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Two kinds of treatment of advanced gastric cancer have better short-term effect,but the SOX regimen mild adverse reactions,better tolerated,which will help improve patient complia nee with chemotherapy,improve the patient＇s quality of life.
