摘要
目的了解烟台市售食品中铅的污染状况。方法选取烟台市辖区内的批发市场、集贸市场、商场超市、副食品店和种植养殖基地共145个采样点,随机采集样本319份并检测食品中铅含量。结果 319份食品样本中铅含量超标率0.31%,铅含量大于检测限占53.61%。不同销售地点样本铅含量检出率差异无统计学意义(P=0.133)。不同食品类型样本检出率差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),其中畜肉类产品的检出率最高为73.33%;乳及乳制品的检出率最低为23.26%。结论烟台市售食品中铅的污染状况总体良好,但市售主要食品中铅的检出率较高,应加强畜肉类产品的监管。
Objective To explore the status of lead contamination in major foods sold in Yantai city. Methods 319 typical samples were collected randomly from 145 representative locations including supermarkets, fairs, food stores, wholesale markets and planting - aquaculture bases. Results The rate of exceeding national standard of lead concentration was 0. 31% ; among that, there was 53.61% out of the detecting limit. There was no significant difference in detection rates among different locations(P = 0. 133 ), while the detection rate among different food types had significant difference (P = 0. 000) ,meat had the highest rate of 73.33%, milk and dairy products had the lowest rate of 23.26%. Conclusion Lead contamination of major foods sold in Yantai city exists.
