摘要
目的 观察磁处理矿泉水浴配合中药离子导入治疗肩周炎的疗效方法 采用磁处理矿泉浴配合中药离子导入治疗肩周炎 1 2 4例 ,1 35肩 ,与单纯矿泉浴中频电疗法治疗肩周炎1 2 4例 ,1 32肩对照 ,用功能恢复程度评价疗效。结果 磁处理矿泉浴配合中药离子导入组总有效率 94 .6% ,对照组总有效率 87.1 % ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 磁处理矿泉浴配合中药离子导入是治疗肩周炎的一种较为理想的方法。
effect of treating the periathritis of shoulder by magnetiaed mineral spring bath and Chinese medicine ion conduct Methods To conpare the curative effect between 124 cases(135 ill shoulders)treated by magnetized nimeral spring bath and chinese medicine ion conduct and 124 controls (132 ill shoulders)treated by simple mineral spring bath and middle frejuency current therapy. Results the gotal effective eate in subjects is mvre obvions than that in controls(94.6%vs,87.1%,P<0.01). Condusion Magnetiaed mineral spring bath and chinese medicine ion conduct are effective methods to tread the periarthritis of shoulder.
