摘要
建立熟料化学成分与物理性能之间的回归分析,研究熟料矿物组成、熟料率值等与强度、凝结时间、需水量、强度增长率等物理性能的相关性系数,数据分析结果表明,不同的矿物种类对熟料的性能影响不同,单个矿物对熟料某一性能影响较大,但在与其他矿物相互作用后能够促进或者降低其对性能的相关性系数。这表明熟料矿物之间有很复杂的作用关系,而熟料率值在许多时候对熟料物理性能影响十分有限,采用熟料率值控制、监测和预测熟料的物理性能有时是不合适的。
By means of establishing regression analyses between clinker chemical composition and physical properties,and by researching correlative coefficient between clinker mineral composition,clinker modulus and intensity,setting time,water quantity required,growth rate of strength etc.physical properties,data analyses results show that different type of minerals have different impact on clinker.A single mineral may have large effect on clinker performance,but when it inter- acted with other minerals,correlation coefficients of performance could be promoted or reduced,which shows that among the clinker minerals,very complex functioning relations have been occurred,and the influence of clinker modulus on the physical properties of clinker is quite limited.So,the clinker modulus controlling or monitoring as well as forecasting to physical properties of clinker are not appropriate sometimes.
