摘要
为了降低外墙乳胶漆的配方成本而不影响其性能,将高钛粉(包括高钛黄和高钛灰)应用于外墙乳胶漆中。研究了不同质量比的钛白粉与高钛粉混合对涂料颜色的影响,测试了色空间值Lab和对比率,对比研究了相同颜色的钛白粉配方和钛白粉+高钛粉配方的成本,并根据国标全面评估了高钛粉对外墙乳胶漆性能的影响。测试结果表明,将高钛粉应用于乳胶漆中可以降低颜色配方成本,并能提高乳胶漆的对比率,而对乳胶漆的综合性能无不良影响。高钛粉在外墙乳胶漆中的应用具有很大的发展空间。
The high-titanium powders including and high-titanium yellow and high-titanium gray were applied to exterior latex paint to reduce formulation cost while not affecting the performance. The effect of the mass ratio of titanium dioxide to high titanium powder on the color of coating was studied. The color space value Lab and the contrast ratio were determined. The formulation cost using titanium dioxide with and without high-titanium powder were comparatively studied for same colors. The influence of high-titanium powder on performance of the exterior latex paint was evaluated according to national standards. The test results showed that the application of high-titanium powder to latex paint has great development space due to the fact that it reduces the color formulation cost and improves the contrast ratio of coating, while the comprehensive performance is not badly influenced.
