摘要
因其在掘进速度和安全施工上的巨大优势,TBM掘进施工技术在世界范围内被广泛应用,但由于部分隧道地质情况不明、超前地质预报方法不当造成的TBM掘进卡机情况也时有发生。结合TBM现场施工的实际情况,巴基斯坦N-J水电站项目最终采用TST超前地质预报技术指导TBM掘进施工。与TBM贯入度、推力参数的对比分析表明,TST超前地质预报技术在N-J项目TBM施工中的应用是可行的,对岩性分界面和断层位置的预报结果可信度较高。
TBM technology is widely used in tunnel excavation due to its advantages of construction speed and safety. Stuck of TBM frequently occurs for unclear geological condition and improper advanced geological prediction. According to the geological condition N -J hydropower station in Pakistan, TBM excavation guided by TST advance probing technique was adopted. It was proved to be successful by comparing the geological forecast results with TBM construction index such as advance values and thrust parameter. The engineering practice shows that TST prediction technique can forecast rock layer interface and faults loca- tion with a high reliability.
