摘要
对BBD4360型双进双出磨煤机进行了制粉试验。试验结果表明:随着动态分离器转速的提高,煤粉粒度逐渐变细;随着容量风开度的增加,煤粉粒度逐渐变粗;磨煤机出口温度增加,煤粉粒度变粗;磨煤机的制粉单耗与磨煤机的制粉量成反向变化趋势。
Experimental tests were performed to a BBD4360 double-inlet double-outlet coal mill, so as to study its pulverizing characteristics. Results show that the fineness of pulverized coal increases with rising velocity of dynamic separator, reducing opening of capacity air damper, and with lowering outlet temperature of coal mill. In addition, inverse correlation exists between the unit consumption of coal pulverizing and the mill output.
