摘要
"民主与法治的分离"作为我国民主文化建设的瓶颈,同时,在我国当前网络群体性事件中,社会公众所扮演的"民主参与角色"起了巨大推动的作用,为此,特将"网络问政"引入我国宪政文化建设的历程,通过网络问政的规范化建设,实现我国"民主与法治"建设的融合,最终达至宪政的实现。
＂The separation about the democracy and the rule of law＂ is the bottleneck of China demo cratic culture, and in current network group events, the public has played a ＂democratic participation role＂ . So the ＂network political action＂ should be taken into the construction of the democracy and the rule of law in order to make it come true to combine the democracy and the rule of law in the process of construction.
