不同项目男性运动员外周血红细胞参数的特点

摘要 目的:比较耐力项目和力量项目男性运动员外周血红细胞参数的特点.方法:选择31名河南省田径队男性运动员和16名体校男性田径运动员作为研究对象.2007年11月~2008年2月对河南省队队员进行血常规测试;2009年12月~~2010年3月对体校队员进行科研测试.结果:所有运动员外周血指标均在正常值范围内,耐力运动员目外周血红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HB)和红细胞压积(HCT)显著低于力量运动员(分别p<0.01; p<0.05; p<0.05).结论:耐力运动员外周血红细胞参数特点不同于力量运动员,可能与不同训练方式对血液系统的影响不同有关. The aim of the present study was to compare the erythrocyte profiles of peripheral blood between male en- durance athletes and strength athletes, to provide theoretical basis for various anemia's adjuvant therapy. We chose 48 male track and field athletes from Henan provincial professional sports team. The athletes were divided into two groups: endurance group and strength group. Blood .samples were obtained from regular examination in which RBC, HB, HCT were analyzed. The results show that RBC;,HB,HCT from endurance athletes are significantly lower than those from strength athletes. It was concluded that endurance athletes are more susceptible to lower hemoglobin level in the peripheral blood than strength athletes, probably because of different impacts to erythrocytic system induced by exercise training.
