摘要
在对 6 0 0MW汽轮机高压转子冷启动工况下的温度场、热应力进行了瞬态有限元分析的基础上给出了热应力随启动温升率的变化关系 ,进而采用转子材料的低周疲劳曲线计算出不同启动温升率下转子的低周疲劳损伤。为现场运行制定安全。
A finite element analysis of transient temperature and thermal stress fields under cold start up operating conditions was conducted of a 600 MW steam turbine high pressure rotor. On this basis obtained was a law or relationship governing the variation of thermal stresses with the change in start up temperature rise rates. Furthermore, with the use of the low cycle fatigue curves of the rotor material one can evaluate the rotor low cycle fatigue damage under various start up temperature rise rates, thereby providing a definite theoretical basis for working out the start up procedures conducive to a safe and economic operation on site.
