TBL教学在烧伤外科临床护理本科教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨以团队为基础(TBL)的教学法在烧伤外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法通过在烧伤外科临床护理本科教学中应用TBL的理念和模式,观察其在具体教学实践中的实施情况,探讨TBL教学法。结果全年实习护生操作考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TBL教学法具有灵活性和时代发展性,可提高护生的学习兴趣,增强护生的解决问题、分析问题及实践能力,增强学生的团队精神和责任感。
