摘要
在带式啮合介质齿轮传动中介质带材料的性能及制备是关键问题。因此,提出利用聚氨酯聚合物复合材料来制备介质带,以满足介质带高的强度和韧性及优异的耐磨、耐油、抗疲劳性能的要求。设计制造了模具并制备出介质带成品,性能测试表明制备出的介质带满足设计要求。
To find one material which can meet the performance requirements of the meshed medium belt in gear drive and to manufacture the belt is one key problem.The polyurethane polymer composite materials is presented in this article to manufacture the medium belt in order to meet the performance of the belt which has high strength and tenacity,excellent wear resistance,oil resistance and fatigue resistance.The mould was designed and manufactured to make medium belts and the performance test showed that the belt has met the design requirements.
