摘要
在生物学研究中,小鼠因其遗传结构清晰、近交系繁育简便、体型小、繁殖周期短等有利因素成为非常重要的模式动物之一。鉴于此,小鼠的饲养也必须在规范化的条件下进行。然而,国内小鼠饲养管理过程中常会出现小鼠饲养密度高、饲料霉变等问题。本研究对饲养密度高、饲喂霉变饲料的鼠群进行统计分析后发现,存在较高比例的不孕不育现象,有的群体甚至出现公鼠50%不育,母鼠30%不孕的情况。对这些不孕不育小鼠的性腺进行组织化学分析发现,公鼠睾丸的发育未见明显异常,母鼠却出现卵巢早衰现象,且该群母鼠在促卵泡激素的作用下也无法实现卵巢卵泡的成熟和排卵。
Mice are very important animal model in biological studies,because of their clear genetic structure,simple inbred breeding,small size,short breeding cycle.Thus mouse feeding and management must also become standardized and rigorous process of institutionalization.However,these phenomenons often occur in the process of feeding and management,such as high stocking densities and feeding moldy food.In this study,the percentages of sterile and infertile mice were analyzed with the mouse populations of high stocking densities,feeding moldy feed,and the results showed that 50% male mice and 30% female mice in this group were sterile or infertile respectively.Furthermore,the gonad tissues were analyzed using the hematoxylin eosin staintechnology,and found that thetestes in infertile malewere normal,butpremature ovarian failureappears in the ovaries of infertilemouse.The ovaries of infertile mice in this group are difficult to have furtherfollicular development and ovulationunder the effect of pregnant maresserum gonadotrotpin.
