摘要
SMC 72 0 4 / 8型膜制氮气装置采用薄膜技术从空气中分离氮气 ,由空气供给系统、空气预处理系统、气体分离系统、氮气增压系统和控制系统组成。向地层注入蒸汽的同时注入氮气 ,可扩大蒸汽加热半径 ,增加蒸汽波及体积 ,同时聚集在油层顶部的氮气具有很好的隔热效果 ,能有效地减少通过上隔层散失的热量 ,另外同蒸汽一起注入油层的氮气 ,还起到强化助排的作用 ,可以提高油井采收率。 4口注氮井的现场试验表明 ,效果较好的井平均含水降低 1 0 9% ,日增油 5 7t,4口井累计增油 1 867 9t,投入产出比为 1∶2 4 ,经济效益为 1 30 6万元。
Model SMC 7204/8 nitrogen generator separates nitrogen gas from air by means of the thin film technology. It is comprised of air supply system, air pretreatment system, gas separation system, nitrogen boosting system and control system. The generator can be used to provide nitrogen gas with the pressure required by the nitrogen injection in oil recovery. Field tests on 4 nitrogen injection wells show that, by using the generator in nitrogen injection, water cut in every well is reduced by 10.9%, and excessive 1867 9t of crude is produced in total.
