摘要
应用PDA-5500Ⅱ直读光谱仪进行中低合金钢中稀土元素铈的分析研究工作,自制工作曲线,建立炉前快速分析条件,结果表明该分析方法完全能满足炉前炼钢的要求,具有分析结果准确可靠、操作简单、周期短、速度快、成本低等特点。
Working curve could be drawn by ourselves, and a furnace rapid analysis conditions could be established though analysis for rare earth element cerium in low alloy steel by PDA - 5500II direct reading spectrometer. The results show that the analysis method can fully meet the requirements of steel -making furnace, in addition, the analysis result is accurate and reliable with simple operation, short cycle, fast speed, and low cost.
