摘要
针对吐哈温米油田采油污水的特点研制了一种多核无机聚合物污水絮凝剂FMA ,其结构特征是分子中含有多种具有不同电化学特性的金属和非金属元素。本文探讨了反应机理 ,评价了FMA的絮凝特性。FMA与杀菌剂及地层水具有良好的配伍性。FMA具有一定的阻垢性 ,加量为 5 0mg/L时对钙镁垢的阻垢率即达 90 %以上。用FMA处理过的污水不易结垢 ,也不会增加页岩的膨胀性。现场试验表明 ,FMA在 5 0— 40 0mg/L加量时使温米油田污水悬浮物去除率达 93 %以上 ,含油去除率达 99%。FMA生产工艺简单 ,成本低廉 。
In this paper the preparation, performance properties and uses of flocculant FMA are presented. FMA is an inorganic mixed metal(Al, Fe, Mg) polynuclear polymer and has good coagulating, deoiling and scale inhibiting properties particularly in the produced water of higher suspended substances(SS) of Wenmi Oil Field at Turpan Hami district, Xinjiang. With 50—400 mg/L FMA introduced into the waste water, removal rates of SS and oil of >92% and >97%, respectively, and inhibition rate of >92% for inorganic scale are observed. In a field trial at Wenmi using performing water treating technology, the removal rates of SS and oil acount 95.9% and 90.8%, respectively.
