摘要
为研究机采棉在多道清理中轧花加工工艺对其可纺性能的影响,对经过不同道数锯齿式皮棉清理后的棉纤维进行取样,利用HVI对其长度、强度、颜色、含杂率等指标进行检测和分析。结果表明:皮棉清理工艺有利于改善原棉的黄度指标,色特征级增加,杂质面积、杂质粒数降低;但对纤维的内在指标有较大的损伤,纤维主体长度、长度整齐度、强力指标下降,伸长率、短纤维率增加,可纺系数降低,不利于纺纱。建议企业采取合理的轧花速度与清理道数,从而改善机采棉纤维的可纺性能。
This paper studies the influence of multi-channel ginning process on the spinnability of the machine stripped cotton. Cotton fiber samples that had been subjected to different channel serrated lint cleaning were taken, and HVI was used to test the fiber length, strength, color and trash content, etc. of the samples. The results indicated that scutching process is beneficial to improving the yellowness index ot raw cotton and color feature, lowering the area and quantity of impurity, but results in marked fiber damage, decrease in fiber length, uniformity, and content, and hence the spinnability is decreased. strength, and increase in elongation and short fiber It is suggested that appropriate ginning speed and channel of scotching be adopted so as to improve the spinnability of machine stripped cotton
