摘要
氧化沟是现代最经济且有效的污水生化处理技术,而倒伞型表面曝气机是氧化沟技术中极其关键的设备,曝气机具有推流,搅拌和充氧等作用。氧化沟内的流场变化与曝气机叶片形状密切相关。研究提出了一种新型的曲面倒伞形曝气机,其叶片轨迹是按照一种特定的曲面方程成型的,并通过Pro/E三维软件对其进行数字化建模,应用有限元软件ANSYS中的多参考系模型对新型曲面叶轮推流下的氧化沟进行流场模拟分析,为搅拌叶片的优化设计提供数据参考。
Oxidation ditch is the most economical and effective sewage biochemical treatment technology,and the inverted umbrella surface aerator is the key equipment in the oxidation ditch, which has the effects of oxygenation, mixing and plug- flow. And more, the oxidation ditch flow field is closely related with aerator blade shapes. In this research, a new aerator with curve blades is presented, whose leaves' trajectory is a specific equation of curved surface and the solid model is made by Pro/E. Based on ANSYS software, a multiple reference frame model is built, and the oxidation ditch flow field finite element analysis under the new surface impeller pushing is carried out, which provides a reference data far optimization design of the mixing blades.
