摘要
在定容燃烧弹中对天然气-空气预混合气双电极点火进行了研究,分析了双电极在不同空燃比和预混压力下的4种点火时间间隔对混合气燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:增加点火时间间隔可以促进燃烧,加速火焰传播,使容弹内燃烧压力峰值、已燃区工质温度峰值略有上升,瞬时放热率峰值升高,各峰值位置提前,火焰发展期和快速燃烧期缩短,在稀薄燃烧或预混压力较小等不稳定着火、燃烧的情况下这种规律更显著,点火间隔为2ms时各参数变化最为明显;点火间隔为2ms,过量空气系数λ为1.3、预混压力为100kPa和λ为1.0、预混压力为40kPa时,双电极间隔点火的压力峰值出现时间比同时点火分别提前了45ms和12ms,温度峰值出现时间分别提前了39.8ms和11.8ms,瞬时放热率峰值分别增加了33.3%和71.2%,且峰值出现时间分别提前了32.3ms和19.8ms,火焰发展期分别缩短了14.6ms和12ms,快速燃烧期分别缩短了16.6ms和9.8ms。
Engine dual electrode ignition was studied in a constant bomb, and the relationship between the time interval of the dual electrode ignition and the combustion characteristic parameters of nature gas-air premixed gas was analyzed. The results show that increasing the dual electrode ignition time interval would promote the combustion, accelerate flame propagation, increase the bomb combustion peak pressure and peak temperature of burned zone slightly,increase the peak value of instantaneous heat release rate significantly, advance each peak position significantly, and shorten the flame development period and the rapid combustion period. This was clearer under lean burning or unstable combustion conditions due to low premixed pressure. The combustion parameters at the ignition interval of 2 ms changed most obviously. When the time interval of dual electrode ignition was 2 ms, λ was 1.3, the premixed pressure was 100 kPa and λ was 1, the premixed pressure was 40 kPa, compared with those of the simultaneous ignition following resultsare respectively obtained: the dual electrode interval ignition peak pressure positions occurred 45 ms and 12 ms in advance; the temperature peak positions occurred 39.8 ms and 11.8 ms in advance; the peak values of the instantaneous heat release rate increased by 33.3% and 71.2% and the peak positions occurred 32.3 ms and 19.8 ms in advance; the flame development durations decreased by 14.6 ms and 12 ms, and the rapid combustion duration dropped by 16.6 ms and 9.8 ms.
