摘要
针对大庆油田深度调剖的需要,开发了一种缓膨颗粒调剖剂。与常规的颗粒型调剖剂分子的设计不同,缓膨颗粒调剖剂是利用性质不同的2种交联剂将聚合物交联在一起制备颗粒,其中的一种交联剂在水中逐步水解,通过控制颗粒溶胀的速度达到深度调剖的需求。实验结果表明,新型缓膨颗粒调剖剂初膨倍数低,终膨倍数高,饱和溶胀后颗粒强度高,耐剪切性能强。
In the light of the requirements of the depth profile control in Daqing Oilfield, one kind of slow-expan- sion particle profile controlling agent is developed. Being different with the general design of the agent molecule, the new slow-expansion agent cross links polymers and prepared into the granules with the help of two kinds of dif- ferent cross-linking agents in their properties, and moreover one of them can be gradually hydrolyzed in the water, thus the the solving and swelling speeds of the particles can be controlled, finally the need of the depth profile con- trol can be met. The results of the laboratory test show that the initial swelling multiple of the new slow-expansion particle profile controlling agent is pretty lower, and furthermore the final swelling multiple is favorably higher, the particles strength is very higher after saturated and swelled and moreover the anti-shearing performance is greatly stronger.
