摘要
针对生产过程中使用的延迟石油焦的质量普遍下滑的情况,进行了用煤化焦对延迟石油焦部分替代的试验工作。将煤化焦和延迟石油焦按不同的配比混合后,进行煅烧并用其试制预焙阳极,研究不同配比对煅后焦、生阳极、预焙阳极生产过程的工艺控制以及质量控制和理化指标变化的影响,为使用煤化焦替代部分延迟石油焦生产提供理论依据。
Because of the decline in the quality of delayed coke, coal cokes were tried to replace delayed coke. The effects of the proportion of delayed coke to coal coke on the process control , quality control and physieochemical properties of the calcined coke, green anode and prebaked anode were investigated, which could provide a theoretical foundation for the coal cokes replacing part of the delayed cokes.
