摘要
盲道是无障碍设施重要组成部分,体现了社会的和谐。以寒地城市哈尔滨为例,通过对盲道设施现状的调查,与规范对比,探寻寒地城市盲道现状存在的问题,从规划、设计、管理及宣传教育等方面提出相应策略,结合哈尔滨城市道路现状,提出对盲道改进及规范完善的建议,以期改善寒地城市盲道设施现状,提高盲道使用率。
The blind road is an important part of barrier-free facilities ,which reflects the social harmony. Taking winter city Harbin as an example, comparing with the regulations, it is to find out the existing problems in winter cities through the investigation about the present situation of blind road facilities and come up with the corresponding strategy from the planning, designs, management, propaganda and education, put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the blind road facilities and the regulations combining with the current status of urban road in Harbin to improve the state and usage of the blind road facilities.
