摘要
对钻柱在井下的受力状况已进行过许多理论研究 ,但对钻柱在井下的实际工作状态的研究还不多。为此 ,研制了一种实用的井下测量接头计算机自动测量系统 ,可用于实时监测和记录钻柱在井下钻进时的实际受力和运动情况。它由井下传感器、单片计算机、存储器和高能电池等组成 ,能接收地面指挥信号 ,在井下自动工作。当钻进结束后提至地面 ,将井下采集的数据回放至地面微机中即可进行各种力学和运动分析。该系统研制成功后在地面和井下做了实时试验 ,测试结果较为理想。
The theoretical study for drilling string has been in progress for many years, but the real working state of drilling string still remains to be solved. This paper introduces a new microcontroller based automatical measurement system for downhole measuring joint. It can supervise and record the real time mechanics and movement state of drilling string while drilling. It consists of downhole transducer, microcontroller, flash memory and high energy battery. The system can work automatically under the command of surface operator. After drilling and hoisting finished, the system can transmit the acquied data to microcomputer for further analysis. The experiments have been made successfully both in surface and downhole.
