摘要
对工程预算编制在工程管理中的重要意义,以及当前国内工程预算编制工作的现状及面临的问题做了简单阐述,并提出了提高工程预算编制准确性的策略,以实现建筑企业经济效益最大化。
The paper indicates the important meaning of the engineering budget compilation in engineering management and its current status in project of China and some problems, and points out the strategies to improve the accuracy of engineering budget compilation, so as to maximize the architectural enterprises＇ benefits.
