摘要
分析了女性就业价值观的社会定位,认为女性就业研究的社会价值体现在三个层面:发挥女性在社会流动中的分工优势;降低企业发展的边际成本;社会主义和谐社会建设的必要选择。
This paper probes into the social value of women＇s employment. It holds that studies on women＇ s employment have the following three-fold social values. First, women＇s employ can give full play to women＇s advantages in the division of social work. Second, it can lower down the marginal costs in the development of an enterprise. Finally, it is a necessity to construct a socialist harmonious society.
