摘要
随着我国就业制度的改革和高等职业教育的发展,开展职业规划教育意义深远。阐述了高职院职业规划教育的背景与意义,分析了终身教育体系下高职院职业规划教育的现状,提出了以终身教育为导向的职业规划教育模式。
With the reform of China＇s employment system and the development of higher vocational education, carrying out career planning education is significant. The paper describes the background and significance of vocational career planning education, analyzes its current situation in the lifelong education system, and proposes the new mode of life-long oriented career planning education.
