摘要 对重整装置副产含氢气体中可液化轻烃进行有效回收可提高重整装置经济效益及含氢气体纯度文章结合具体实例探讨再接触条件对液体产品回收率和氢气纯度的影响并对冷冻再接触工艺在此过程中的经济性进行分析认为对规模中等且后部没有对重整氢中可液化组分进行有效回收工艺过程的装置采用冷冻再接触方法经济效益非常显著而对后部存在再吸收工艺过程的装置采用冷冻再接触方法的经济性将受到影响 For reformers, liquefiable lighter hydrocarbons can help recover by-product containing hydrogen and increase the reformers’ economic benefit as well as the purity of gas with hydrogen content. Described in this paper is the study done to show the influence of the recontact condition on the liquid product recovery and hydrogen purity combined with real applications. Analysis is also performed on freezing recontact and the economic benefit under this condition. Freezing recontact is considered to be an outstanding method in the economic benefit of medium sized reformers without the process at its rear, which can efficiently recover the liquefiable reforming hydrogen. But the economic benefit of the reformer with the said process will be influenced if freezing recontact method is applied.
