摘要
利用外资是我国对外开放政策的重要组成部分,为加快我国经济建设做出了巨大贡献。但随着我国改革开放的进一步深入和国内外经济形势的发展与变化,利用外资呈现出诸多矛盾和问题。文章从分析外资的利弊入手,结合实际情况,对利用外资提出了对策和建议。
Use of foreign capital is one of the important parts of the Chinese opening-up policy, and it contributes much to the economic construction in China. With the further deepening of reform and openness, and development and change of the economic situation at home and abroad, there have occurred a lot of difficutlities and problems. From analysis of advantages and disadvantages of foreign capital attraction, and combined with the practice, this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions of its use.
