准噶尔盆地阜东探区钻井提速技术 被引量:7

Drilling speed improving techniques in Fudong area of Zhunggar Basin

摘要 准噶尔盆地阜东地区地质条件复杂,中上部地层泥岩发育,井壁稳定性差,下部地层存在异常高压,岩石均质性差、夹层多,造成井身结构优化和钻头选型困难、井下复杂时率高、机械钻速低、钻井周期长等钻井难题。为此,开展了地层压力系统分析和岩石力学特性参数评价、井身结构优化、个性化PDC钻头优选以及钻井液体系优选等方面的研究和应用,取得了显著的效果,平均机械钻速提高了30.4%,井下复杂时率降低至0.35%,钻井周期缩短了10.5 d,实现了多口井不下技术套管钻井,大幅度降低了钻井成本。该探区优快高效钻井配套技术的成功应用,对加快阜东地区油气勘探进程具有十分重要意义。 The geological condition in Fudong area of Junggar basin is complex. The upper formations are well developed with mudstone, so the wellbore stability is weak. Abnormal high pressure exists in the lower formations, and the homogeneity of rock is poor with multiple interbeds. All of them lead to the difficulty of bit type selection and wellbore structure optimization, high fre- quency of downhole accident, low rate of penetration and long drilling duration. Matched technologies to improve drilling speed are researched, such as formation pressure analysis and rock characteristic parameters assessment, wellbore structure optimization, PDC bit type selection, and drilling mud selection. And great achievements have been obtained. Compared with the previous scenario, the average rate of penetration is increased by 30.4%, downhloe accident ratio is reduced to 0.35% and drilling duration is reduced by 10.5 d. The no technical casing program has been realized on many wells, and the drilling cost is greatly decreased. Application of the technology has succeeded in the area, and it plays a very important role in accelerating the process of oil and gas exploration in Fudong area.
