摘要
换流站集中控制模式是缓解和解决现阶段电网发展所带来的一些矛盾和问题的有效方法。介绍了国内外直流换流站集控中心的建设情况，结合上海市电力公司直流换流站实际情况，讨论了直流换流站集控中心建设的必要性，以及在直流换流站集控模式下，如何更加合理地配置人力资源以及提高换流站的应急响应能力，并从集控技术层面和管理层面对换流站的实际情况进行分析和研究，提出了解决方法和建议。
Centralized control mode converter station is to alleviate and resolve grid development stage brings some contradictions and problems in an effective manner. This paper introduces the HVDC converter station centralized control center of the building, combined with Shanghai Electric Power Company DC converter sta tions actual situation, discuss DC converter station construction necessity centralized control center, as well as in the DC converter station centralized control mode , how a more rational allocation of human resources, and improve the converter station emergency response capabilities, and from the centralized control and management of the technical aspects of the converter station to face the actual situation analysis and research, and proposed solutions and recommendations.
