摘要
将聚烯烃用新型高效光稳定剂 6 911与常规受阻胺光稳定剂BW 10LD(相当于Tinuvin 6 2 2LD)和Chimassorb 944在农用棚膜中的防老化性能进行了实验对比 ,考察了 6 911的光稳定性能。人工加速试验表明 ,6 911型光稳定剂与BW 10LD和 944相比 ,具有更为优异的长期防老化性能。实地扣棚实验也表明 ,6 911型光稳定剂不仅能高效地延缓光氧化降解 ,还能有效地防止棚膜“背板效应”。
Light stabilizer of 6911 is observed based on the comparison with anti aging performances in agricultrural films between novel high efficiency light stabilizer 6911 for polyolefines and conventional HAS BW 10LD(Tinuvin622LD) and Chimassorb944.Artificial weathering test shows that 6911 has better long term anti aging performances than that of BW 10LD and 944.According to the actual field application experiment,6911 can not only delay the photo oxidation degradation effectively,but also prevent the “frame effect”of greenhouse films.Natural exposure experiment also verified the conclusion.
