摘要
目的探讨看图对话工具应用于2型糖尿病患者健康教育的效果。方法采用随机对照法,将100例2型糖尿病患者分为看图对话教育组(试验组)52例和传统教育组(对照组)48例。试验组应用看图对话工具进行教育,以图画作为教育的媒介,结合小组讨论进行教育;对照组定期参加科室的糖尿病知识讲座。每例患者均于教育前、教育后3个月和6个月监测糖代谢指标(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)。结果教育后糖代谢指标水平具有显著性差异(P<0.01);从各时间点看,教育前2组糖代谢指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后3个月、6个月2组糖代谢指标水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),仍维持在一个较低的水平;糖代谢指标水平教育前后与教育方式之间存在交互效应(P<0.01)。结论看图对话工具能显著改善糖代谢指标,作为一种新的健康教育方式值得推广。
Objective Investigate the health education effect of figure dialogue TM tool applied in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Using a randomized controlled trial, dividing 100 patients with type 2 diabetes into figure dialogue education group (test group) with 52 cases and traditional education group (control group) with 48 cases. The test group used figure dialogue TM tool for education, with pictures as an educational medium, combined with group discussion education. While the control group regularly attending hospital's diabetes knowledge lecture. Before and after the education at end of three months and six months testing each patient's glyeolated hemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after dinner. Results Before and after the education, sugar metabolism indicators level has significant difference (P〈0.01). From the time point of view, sugar metabolism indicators level diffences of two groups are not statistically significant before education (P〉0.05). Three months and six months after education,sugar metabolism indicators level differences of two groups have significant difference (P〈0.01),remained at a low level. Before and after education, sugar metabolism indicators level with different education has the interaction effect (P〈 0.01). Conclusion The figure dialogue TM tool can significantly improve glucose metabolism index. As a new education mode, it is worth to popularize.
