Laser-Induced Color Marking on 304 Stainless Steel by Nd∶YAG Nanosecond Laser

摘要 利用Nd∶YAG纳秒激光器在304不锈钢上进行着色试验,得出了以304不锈钢为基底的黄、蓝、绿、红、紫等颜色基本工艺参数,并定义CIE1976L*a*b*国际色度空间色差(ΔE)为指标,研究了电流、扫描速度、工作台偏焦量等参数对着色稳定性的影响,从而确定了使各颜色稳定的激光工艺参数范围,为激光多彩标刻奠定了良好基础,对同类激光器的激光着色加工有一定的指导意义。 This paper presents an experiment of laser color marking on 304 stainless steel by Nd : YAG nanosecond laser, some colors including yellow, blue, green, red and purple are obtained from the experiment. It was focused on how various process parameters, such as current, scan speed of the laser beam and the focus offset of workbench affect the repeatability of the col ors. For objective assessment of color changes, CIE1976 L * a * b * international chroma space color difference parameter (AE) was used. Based on this analysis, we have decided the parameters that make the colors stable, which will make a guid ance to color marking while using a similar laser.
