椰子DUS测试性状的选择——花序与果实部分 被引量:3

摘要 为了筛选《植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试指南·椰子》的测试性状,以5个椰子品种为材料,对花、果实的部分形态特征进行观察和数据采集,并比较这些性状在不同品种间的差异。结果表明,在所选择的性状中,有19个数量性状在5个品种间有显著性差异,有3个质量性状在5个品种间存在明显的差别。这22个性状可以考虑作为椰子DUS的候选测试性状。 In order to scan the testing traits ofGuidelines for the conduct of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability coconut, the study inspected and collected the related data of morphological characteristics of five coconut varieties' flower and fruit, then compared the differences among the varieties. The results showed that in all of 22 characters which were researched, 19 quantitative characters had significant difference, 3qualitative characters were obviously different among all the varieties. All of these characters could be considered as the candidate testing traits of coconut.
