畜禽粪便产沼发酵液对水培蔬菜生长及养分吸收的影响 被引量:9

摘要 探明不同畜禽废弃物产沼发酵液进行蔬菜水培的可行性,为产沼发酵液在有机农作物生产中的合理应用提供参考,以蕹菜和叶用莴苣为材料研究不同电导率的猪粪、鸡粪和牛粪产沼发酵液对水培蔬菜生长及养分吸收的影响。结果表明:①蕹菜和叶用莴苣2种作物在猪粪和鸡粪发酵营养液中生长较好,且以电导率2.5 mS/cm猪粪发酵营养液生长最好,其次是电导率为1.5mS/cm的鸡粪发酵营养液,由于牛粪发酵营养液的氮素含量较低,不适宜作营养液进行蔬菜水培。②蕹菜和叶用莴苣在电导率为2.5 mS/cm的猪粪发酵营养液中的鲜重最高,分别为10.70 g/株和62.11 g/株;在电导率为1.5 mS/cm的鸡粪发酵营养液中的鲜重最高,分别为12.36 g/株和28.21g/株;在猪、鸡、牛粪3种发酵营养液中,以猪粪发酵营养液的水培效果最佳。 In order to determine and compare nutrient availability of the biogas liquid residues and their potential used in organic hydroponics, the liquid residues of pig, chicken and cow manure from the biogas production were used as nutrient solutions in a cycling organic hydroponic system for morning glory, the short season and salt tolerant crop, and lettuce, the long season and salt sensitive crop. The liquid residue nutrient solution were divided into 6 concentration levels ( EC ) as 1.0, 1.5,2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mS/era by adjusting with reverse osmosis (RO) water. The results indicated that both vegetables could be successfully grown in pig and chicken manure liquid residues. EC 2.5 mS/cm for pig biogas liquid residue was found to be the best for both crops, followed by EC of 1.5 mS/em for chicken biogas liquid residue. Cow manure biogas liquid residue was not applicable for the organic hydroponics due to its low nitrogen content. The fresh weight of morning glory and lettuce in EC 2.5 mS/cm for pig biogas liquid residue were 10.70 g/plant and 62. 11 g/plant, and in EC 1.5 mS/ cm for chicken biogas liquid residue were 12.36 g/plant and 28.21 g/plant, respectively. It can be concluded that among 3 animal manares biogas residues, pig liquid residue was most suitable for hydroponic vegetable was possible.
