摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定辽东槐木中槐木皂苷X的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18拄(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(35:65);检测波长203nnq;柱温30℃;流速0.8ml/min;进样量:10μl结果:槐木皂苷X在0.60—4.80μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.14%,RSD为1.13%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于辽东橡木的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Araloside X in root bark of A ralia. Methods: HPLC was performed on a Kromasile Cls column(250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃.The composition of mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.05% phosphoric acid(35:65), the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the sample size was 10 μl. Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.60 - 4.80 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.14% with RSD of 1.13%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive accurate, reproducible and it can be used for the quality control of root bark of A ralia.
