摘要
博物馆志愿者结构单一、流动量大,管理制度不完善,缺乏凝聚力等问题严重制约着博物馆志愿者工作的发展。结合从事博物馆志愿者工作的实践,提出逐步建立志愿者工作的管理机制,形成完整的服务体系,举办志愿者大赛,加强志愿服务宣传,结合志愿者自身优势进行专业定位,使博物馆志愿者服务走上良性循环的轨道。
Problems characterized by museum volunteers such as a single structure, a volume flow, imperfect man- agement system and lack of cohesion restrict the development of museum volunteer work. Combined with the prac- tice of volunteer work, this thesis puts forward the following measures : gradually establishing a management mecha- nism for volunteer work, forming a complete service system, organizing volunteers competition, expanding voluntary service publicity and recognition, making professional orientation combined with their own advantages of volunteers in order to promote the museum volunteer service on a virtuous track.
