摘要
当前我院校企合作还存在着学校对校企合作的重要性认识不足,校企合作缺乏制度和法律约束,"双师型"教师队伍建设力度不够等问题。在我院连锁经营专业与相关企业合作中探索出以项目为载体,以就业为导向,以职业能力为本位的校企合作模式,改革教学内容、教学方法和考核方式,实现连锁经营专业人才培养的良性循环。
From the cooperation between our college＇s chain management major and enterprise, we explores a university-enterprise cooperation mode which takes projects as the carrier, employment as the guidance, and vocational ability as the standard. This mode intends to reform the teaching content, teaching method and examination ways, and thereby forms a benign circle of professional talents training.
