摘要
选取30只40周龄体重一致的安卡红种公鸡,随机分为3组,分别为维生素C组、中草药组和对照组,分别在两试验组饲喂的基础日粮中添加250 mg/kg的维生素C、1.5%的中草药,对照组饲喂基础日粮,研究维生素C和中草药添加剂对夏季种公鸡血浆生殖激素的影响。结果表明:(1)试验60 d时,与预饲期相比,维生素C组公鸡血浆睾酮、促黄体素、促卵泡素浓度分别增加了0.31 ng/L(P<0.05)、0.45 mIU/mL(P<0.05)和0.13 mIU/mL(P<0.05);中草药组公鸡血浆睾酮、促黄体素、促卵泡素浓度分别增加了1.97 ng/L(P<0.01)、1.62 mIU/mL(P<0.01)和0.88 mIU/mL(P<0.01)。(2)试验期60 d时,不同组别之间进行比较,中草药组公鸡血浆睾酮浓度比对照组提高了82.72%(P<0.01),同时维生素C组比对照组提高了18.94%(P<0.05);中草药组公鸡血浆促黄体素浓度比对照组提高了77.92%(P<0.01),同时维生素C组比对照组提高了22.51%(P<0.05);中草药组公鸡血浆促卵泡素浓度比对照组提高了73.28%(P<0.01),同时维生素C组比对照组提高了12.98%(P>0.05)。说明在热应激条件下,在日粮中添加适量的维生素C和中草药可不同程度地提高种公鸡血浆生殖激素水平。
A total of 30 forty-week-old Anka cocks with consistent weight were randomly divided into three groups in summer,which were vitamin C group, Chinese herbs group and the control group,the test groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 250 mg/kg of vitamin C, 1.5% of herbs respectively,control group was fed the basal diet,to study effect of vitamin C and Chinese herbs on serum hormone of summer cocks.The results showed that: (1)Compare with adaptation period, at 60 d, the concentration of plasma testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) of cockerel in vitamin C group increased 0.31 ng/L(P 〈 0.05),0.45 mIU/mL(P 〈 0.05),0.13 mlU/mL(P 〈 0.05);in Chi- nese herbs group,the cockerel plasma testosterone LH,FSH level increased 1.97 ng/L(P 〈 0.01), 1.62 mIU/mL(P 〈 0.01), 0.88 mIU/mL(P 〈 0.01 ), respectively. (2)Making comparisons between different groups at 60 d, plasma testosterone concen- trations of herbal group was 82.72% higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P 〈 0.01 ),while which of vitamin C group increased 18.94% (P 〈 0.05) ;plasma LH concentration of Chinese herbs group was 77.92% higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ),while which of vitamin C group increased 22.51% (P 〈 0.05) ;plasma FSH concentration of Chinese herbs group was 73.28% higher than that of the control group ,the difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ),while which of vitamin C group increased 12.98% (P 〉 0.05).The results indicated that under heat stress conditions,adding appropriate amount of vitamin C and herbs in diets could improve plasma reproductive hor- mone levels of summer cocks.
