摘要
大数据使企业竞争情报工作面临着人才、成本和创新三重挑战,急需创新竞争情报运行模式。众包是大数据环境下一种有效、可行的竞争情报工作模式创新。在深入剖析众包内涵与特征的基础上,分析了众包与竞争情报在大数据环境下契合的可能性,构建竞争情报众包模式的逻辑构架;探讨了保障大数据众包项目能够成功的5个关键环节及其有效措施。
The big data makes the enterprise competitive intelligence work facing the triple dilemma about talented personnel, cost and innovation, and it' s urgently needed to innovate the operating mode of competitive intelligence. Crowdsourcing is an effec- tive and feasible innovation of competitive intelligence operating mode in the big data environment. Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of crowdsourcing, this paper analyzes the possibility of combining crowdsourcing with competitive intelligence in the big data environment, constructs the logical framework of competitive intelligence crowdsourcing mode, and dis- cusses the 5 key links and their effective measures to guarantee the big data crowdsourcing project to be successful.
