摘要
在全球应对气候变化的大背景下,低碳发展成为旅游业发展的新方向。作为特殊的地理单元,海岛的资源禀赋约束决定了东澳岛只能走资源节约型的发展道路,倡导节能减排的低碳旅游发展模式成为海岛经济发展的必然选择。在总结国内外低碳旅游发展现状的基础上,探讨东澳岛发展低碳旅游的必要性,从能源供应、建筑交通、生态环境、旅游体验、宣传教育等方面分析东澳岛低碳旅游的发展途径,并提出一系列政策建议。
In the global context of climate change, low - carbon tourism is no doubt a new pathway for tourism＇ s sustain- able development. As a special geographical unit, the constraints of resource determine that Dongao Island has no choice but resource - saving way to develop. The paper, based on the analysis of low - carbon tourism development status around the world, discusses the necessity of developing low - carbon tourism in Dongao Island, analyzes the development approa- ches from energy supply, building, transport, environment, tourism experience and education, and also puts forward a seri- ous of policy recommendations to support the development of low - carbon tourism.
