摘要
基于2004—2010年中国制造业类国有企业和民营企业上市公司的配对面板数据,研究企业家团队金融资本与企业创新绩效之间的关系,并进一步分析所有制性质对这一关系的调节作用。实证结果发现,企业家团队金融资本与企业技术创新绩效之间存在显著的负相关关系,与企业管理创新绩效之间存在正相关关系,但不显著;企业家团队金融资本与企业创新绩效之间的关系在民营企业中更加显著。
Based on the data of Chinese listed firm in manufacturing industry from 2004 to 2010, the paper analyzes the re- lationship between entrepreneurial teams＇ financial capital and firm innovative performance and the moderating effects of firm nature on the relationship. The empirical results show that, firstly, there exists a significantly negative relationship be- tween entrepreneurial teams＇ financial capital and firm technological innovation; secondly, entrepreneurial teams＇ financial capital has positive effects on firm management innovation, but the effects are not statistically significant; thirdly, the rela- tionship between entrepreneurial teams＇ financial capital and firm innovation performance is stronger in private owned finns comparing with the state -owned firms. So the research makes a further analysis on social capital and provides some sug- gestions to business management.
